Wednesday, August 29:
Today was the first day of my running for exercise class. We ran the warm-up loop, stretched and met our classmates, and then ran the loop again, although it was timed this time. I ran it in 2:42. I'm feeling a bit out of shape so I'm looking forward to this class!
Great job on your first day. This class will help keep you consistent with getting a workout in for the day. It is much easier to get the work done when you have to be accountable for the work.
