This morning in class we ran to Lambeth to warm-up and then ran a 2 mile loop. My time was 16:40 and I had some major side-stitches. Later on in the afternoon I walked to the field on Rugby Road with my friend and we played field hockey for a little while to get ready for club tryouts next week.
When you get side stitches, stand tall and take a few deep breaths. This should help ease the pain. Good luck at tryouts
